The King on the mound!  Precession, speed, movement, knowledge are just some of the items to make a great pitcher.  Our pitching staff will focus on proper body mechanics and drills to maximize velocity and accuracy on the hill.

Volleyball Training

Volleyball involves many different skills and demands for the athlete.  Our volleyball skills sessions focus on building the skills needed for the athlete based on their volleyball position.  Skills available include serving, passing, hitting, setting, and blocking.

We know that hitting is complex, but we are here to help you with your swing! We strive to help athletes better understand their swing and what it takes to be successful. Sessions will focus on proper stance, swing mechanics, and finish through the ball.

Baseball/Softball Catching

Catching sessions will focus on the necessary mobility, footwork, and skills required to excel at the position.

Sessions will be catered to each catcher’s needs. Framing, throwing, blocking, and finer points of the position will all be addressed.

Hockey Treadmill Training

The skating treadmill overall will create a more efficient skating stride. In sessions we will work on posture, endurance, power, speed and technical details in your unique stride to make you a more efficient skater. Being a great skater can easily set you apart from the competition and give you an advantage through the game.

Hockey Shooting

$60/hr Members

We will work on different shooting positions, angles, and different releases that will translate to an ice in game success. You will gain release quickness, power/strength, better coordination and overall efficiency in your shot throughout the sessions. This is a lethal skill to master that will help personal and team success.

Hockey Stickhandling

You will build strength, endurance, hand speed, coordination, and control when handling a puck. Increasing this skill will help you make plays quicker and better in the duration of a hockey game.
