Personal Training 

$60/hr Members

Personal training will assess your specific bodily strengths and weaknesses, and create customized workout plans. We provide physical and mental guidance, as well as monitor your progress on a regular basis.

Golf Mobility, Stability & Strength

$60/hr Members

$95/hr Non Members 

Come and capitalize on your offseason golf game by joining our golf training sessions.  You will work on your mobility for your golf swing as well as power and endurance.  Be ready to hit it farther and straighter than you have before!
